Before joining Bridge, I established HMS Consulting, a company with over 25 years of expertise in Organizational Transformation and Transcendent Evolution. I am committed to designing and facilitating change processes, driving organizational evolution, and providing valuable services such as Strategic Planning, Future Scenarios, Systemic Thinking, and Meaningful Conversations. I’ve successfully overseen numerous transformation projects and strategic planning initiatives within the private sector and civil society organizations in Mexico, the United States, Canada, various countries in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. My educational background includes an MBA from Stanford University and specialized studies in Systems Thinking at MIT.

My purpose is to create harmony and to lead a PMO where each Project Manager feels enabled to bring the best of themselves to BRIDGE and to our clients every day.

I love being in partnership and working with me feels like we are in this together. I often get told I have a calming presence and I try to take a thoughtful approach to my work. I love to see things from different points of view and to build strong and trusted relationships with the people I work with. I am passionate about leading a team with strong project management skills, coupled with a very human approach, to really bring projects to life.

I have been with BRIDGE since 2013 and have held a variety of Project Management roles in the EMEA Hub. Before my time here, I worked at the London Probation Trust in project and business management roles, where I studied for my Prince2 Practitioner qualification.

My purpose is to use my talents to bring greater peace and freedom to others’ lives, by emboldening them to become the best versions of themselves.

Before joining BRIDGE I earned a master’s degree in Theological Studies, and spent several years serving in a ministry. I also worked as a coordinator in the physical therapy department at a hospital, and as a volunteer coordinator for a hunger relief organization.

My purpose is to spark greater connection and collaboration between people and in doing so bring out the best of themselves more often. My hope is that this enables the creativity and unity needed to solve the biggest organisational and societal issues facing us today.

Building on my background in high performing sport, I have over 10 years coaching experience focusing on Leadership Competence and Adaptability, creating High Performing Teams and embedding Winning Cultures. I work with leaders and global leadership teams often going through significant change. I joined Bridge as I feel that organisations of today need to redefine what success looks like. I believe a more dynamic measure of performance is required, where purpose and profit are intertwined, each fueling the other.

I create a safe crucible so people can show up in an honest and vulnerable manner, allowing tensions to unfold, leading to shifts in mindset and to growth.

Before Bridge, I spent 25 years as a creative strategist in global advertising agencies, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, helping build profitable brands such as GE, Jeep, Qualcomm, Johnson & Johnson, FedEx, M&M’s, Pedigree, Unilever brands, Campbell’s Soup, Pepsi Foods. I am certified in the Hogan assessment, in neuroscience-based Coaching from NeuroLeadership Institute and in facilitating focused group discussions.

My purpose is to create challenging and supportive environments for teams, people and organizations to be their best selves, and therefore have the biggest impact they can.

I have been in the field of learning, coaching and consulting for many years. I started as an associate with Bridge 10 years ago, and recently returned after having worked as a leader in a large consulting organization. I hold an MA in Adult Education, and I am an ICF accredited coach, working on completing my Masters credentials, the highest level of coach accreditation.

My purpose is to empower leaders to achieve their full potential by fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, and creating a leadership network that drives positive change for the greater good.

Before joining BRIDGE, I worked for industry leaders in the Technology, Automotive, Retail, e-Commerce and Financial Services sectors as a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Sales Enablement, and Operations functions. I specialize in Talent Management, Organizational & Learning Development, and have cross-disciplinary practices in Project and Change Management.

My purpose is wherever possible to help individuals and groups be the best and most authentic versions of themselves.

What you get when you work with me is the combination of senior leadership, sales and account management experience anchored in commercial reality. I have a very intuitive sense of what an individual or group needs and will adapt accordingly. My qualifications include ICF supported advanced coaching, Harthill’s Leadership Development Framework, Hogan Assessment. I am currently studying Advanced Constellations and Ontology.

Prior to joining BRIDGE I was the Regional Sales Director for a listed business in the executive search field. Over 10 years of experience in this sector allowed me to develop cross sector insight into people and leadership challenges, sales and account management expertise and an understanding of the challenges of building teams.
