Building on my background in high performing sport, I have over 10 years coaching experience focusing on Leadership Competence and Adaptability, creating High Performing Teams and embedding Winning Cultures. I work with leaders and global leadership teams often going through significant change. I joined Bridge as I feel that organisations of today need to redefine what success looks like. I believe a more dynamic measure of performance is required, where purpose and profit are intertwined, each fueling the other.
