Over the last few years, we interviewed 40 female leaders at the top of their game (politicians, human rights lawyers, C-levels from Fortune 500s such as Facebook, AXA, Unilever) who are thriving in traditionally patriarchal organisations, to discover what they are doing that is making them succeed without changing themselves.
In other words, we answered the question: How did she get there?
