My qualifications include ICF supported advanced coaching, Harthill’s Leadership Development Framework, Hogan Assessment. I am currently studying Advanced Constellations and Ontology.
Prior to joining BRIDGE I was the Regional Sales Director for a listed business in the executive search field. Over 10 years of experience in this sector allowed me to develop cross sector insight into people and leadership challenges, sales and account management expertise and an understanding of the challenges of building teams.
