My first experience of BRIDGE was in 1995 as a delegate on the original ‘Human Side of Management’ development programme. Four years later I joined BRIDGE and now have a role as co-CEO. Over the past 15 years I have supported senior leaders in large, complex, global organisations apply their considerable intelligence to drive sustainable performance and long-term value creation through shaping the way their organisation is run, harnessing the advantage of organisation purpose, and building their leaders’ capacity to lead their organisation through change.
