My first experience of BRIDGE was in 1995 as a participant on the original ‘Human Side of Management’ development programme. Four years later I joined BRIDGE. I have been a part of our journey to working with some of the biggest and most inspiring companies in the world. My role now is in leading our work with our biggest clients. Over the past 15 years I have supported leaders at the most senior levels in large, complex, global organisations apply their considerable individual and collective intelligence to drive sustainable performance and long-term value creation. I help them make decisions that shape the way their organisation is run, that harness the power and advantage of organisation purpose, and that build their own and their leaders’ capacity to use disruption to lead scale, transforming change.
