My purpose is to help individuals and teams discover that they have more power than they realize, and then to help them use that power to accomplish great things together.
When you work with me, you get someone who understands the pressures you face to deliver great results in the face of complex challenges—because I’ve been there. I’m naturally practical and results-focused, and I’ve learned that organizations can make far more progress toward ambitious goals when they put in the time and effort to unlock the collective capacity of the people responsible for making it happen. I have a knack for helping teams to uncover where they’re stuck, both in their business and in their team dynamics, and then to develop the breakthrough ideas and make the individual and team shifts it will take to get unstuck and move rapidly in the direction they want to go.
Prior to joining Bridge, I was an executive at Johnson & Johnson, where I led both a >$1 billion global consumer health care business and M&A for the company’s >$20 billion medical device sector. As a consultant, I’ve worked with leaders and teams from many of the world’s most successful organizations.
