I create the conditions for leaders and teams to see the human and relational dynamics shaping performance, giving them greater agency over how they work, decide, and move forward together. From there, leaders are able to work with tension instead of around it, get on the same page, and show up more effectively when it matters most.
Before joining BRIDGE, I spent over 15 years advising executives and leadership teams across technology, healthcare, sales, and professional services, including leaders at Google, Snap, EY, Amazon, and SiriusXM. I previously served as a leader in EY’s Executive Coaching Practice, partnering with senior leaders through growth, change, and high-stakes moments. Based on the West Coast, I work closely with leaders and organizations navigating scale, transformation, and complexity, using their real business challenges as the basis for real change and sustained performance.
