As the Client Development lead, I am responsible for generating new connections with clients and developing relationships from the start. Through 7 years of partnering with our clients I have worked on leadership interventions which have had significant impact on the performance of a business. I built up my organisational development skillset through my HR career, my last role being HR Director for Pepsi. With a passion for partnering the commercial businesses I have developed a deep understanding of the interconnection between developing your leaders and developing your organisations to create energy for change.
