I usually find myself leading for balance, and equality. It can make me a little contrary.
When you work with me you will get access to my unusual combination of training in fine art, organisational psychology and psychotherapy this has enabled many new perspectives in our work. My interest in human systems supported by extensive study and practice in organisational constellations and systems theory give me some unique insights into what is going on in a business culture and how to shift it.
In addition to my role as Client Director in BRIDGE, I develop many of our approaches and frameworks and train our consultants, associates and even the consultants of partner organisations. I’m a founding member of the Bridge Institute where I lead our programmes taking the BRIDGE approach to places it would not normally be available and bringing together governments, NGO and business leaders to try and solve some of the world biggest crises.
