My purpose is to spark the conversations that really matter. I’ve found that leadership consulting and coaching open up a powerful space for these conversations. When effectively done, it’s inspiring, impactful, and deeply fulfilling.
I support senior leaders and leadership teams as they develop the mindset, competencies and behaviours needed to thrive in the complex environments in which they work. If you partner with me, you can expect grounded insight and a deep commitment to meeting your needs. Much of my work focuses on orienting individuals, teams, and organizations around an inspiring sense of purpose – using this as a key lever for unlocking dormant energy and promoting the core leadership competencies of partnership, agility, and execution.
Originally from the UK, I moved to the US in 2014. My professional background includes 10 years as an employment law barrister in the UK. I also have experience as a company director, as a faculty member of New Ventures West’s Professional Coaching Course, and as leader of a non-profit focused on developing young leaders around the globe. I have a Master’s degree from Harvard University in adult developmental psychology, and am an ICF Professional Certified Coach.
