My purpose is to create spaces for envisioning our future potential and developing successful action plans to turn that vision into reality. I’ve witnessed the transformative power of regenerative leadership in both individuals and organizations, which fuels my passion for working in this field.
I am known for my collaborative work with teams, my deep listening skills, and my understanding of individual and systemic dynamics. I foster an atmosphere of respect and trust, challenging teams to shift their mindsets and explore new perspectives, ultimately making it possible for the future to emerge by developing the necessary skills and enabling an elegant execution in our complex world.
Having lived and worked in Mexico, the US, Europe, and Asia, in a wide range of fields and organizations, I bring a rich multicultural perspective to my work. Before joining Bridge, I accumulated over a decade of experience in multinational corporations such as Procter & Gamble and HSBC. I’ve also worked with non-profit organizations, focused on new development paradigms, and even served the Royal Government of Bhutan. I hold a degree in economics and a Master’s degree from Plymouth University in Holistic Science. Since 2007, I have been specializing in sustainable enterprises and regenerative systems.
