My purpose is to support leaders to develop awareness, courage and safety in themselves and others, in order to lead with skill and humanity in the middle of complexity.
What you get when you work with me is my relational and systemic focus, underpinned by a commitment to fostering creative, inclusive and honest partnerships. In my work, I pay close attention to understanding what’s really going on above and below the surface in organisations so that individuals and teams can notice the patterns holding them back, get unstuck and create forward momentum.
A lifelong student of group dynamics and human systems, I bring over a decade of coaching and consulting experience to every interaction. I have found that when people to feel safe enough to be brave in their leadership, they can have the conversations that matter most and make a genuine impact. I hold a Masters degree in Consulting and Leading in Organisations, a psychotherapy diploma, teaching diploma and coaching certification. I live in Brighton, UK, with my neurodivergent family and our lovely, elderly dog.
