Before joining Bridge, I spent 15 years in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting and then independent executive coaching. At Bridge, most of my work now focuses on two areas. The first is helping leadership teams ground in who they are and what they’re leading for, identify the most critical challenges to achieving that vision, and develop the insights, strategies, capabilities and courage to achieve it. The second is consulting with organizations to architect, design and deploy interventions around large-scale efforts related to change leadership, culture change and purpose discovery and activation.
