Organisations Don’t Transform, People Do – Activating a community of changemakers

In our next ‘Organisations Don’t Change, People Do’ virtual hangout, we’ll explore the third of our four levers for sustainable transformation: Activating a community of changemakers. 

Transformation may often be initiated by senior leaders, but its success hinges on how it is brought to life through people across the organisation. Too often, those with the energy, credibility and insight to influence change remain disconnected and unsupported, while valuable perspectives on where change is unfolding or getting stuck go unheard.   

In this 90-minute session, we’ll draw on our 35+ years of partnering with organisations navigating complex change, as we explore: 

• The power of identifying and equipping a changemaker community across an organisation 

• How informal leaders, early adopters and especially sceptics help accelerate change 

• How running towards the biggest challenges can build the belief, insight and momentum needed to turn transformation into lasting change 

This hangout is designed for senior leaders and anyone committed to enabling transformation.
