My purpose is to bring remarkable people together to solve seemingly impossible challenges, for a fairer, more peaceful and joyous world.
I have been privileged to have worked with senior teams in over 20 sectors in both businesses and governments across the world, supporting them address their significant challenges. Examples of the challenges include growing the business, building people capability, reforming education policy, enhancing security, combatting child assault and trafficking, enhancing ethics in banking, building sustainable food supply, reconciliation and enabling service excellence. I believe I bring to my clients the capacity to dream big, I have a dedication to see them succeed and I bring a wide range of methods and tools in purpose, strategy, leadership, culture and change to support the work.
After attaining a Masters in Engineering, Economics, and Management from Oxford University, my experiences have included working with two global strategy and transformation consultancies, a sports management company and two operational roles in multi-nationals. My time at Bridge started with four years in London, and the last eight years helping to build our practice in Asia Pacific. I am also one of the founders of Bridge’s not-for-profit entity, the Bridge Institute.
