We are looking for someone who will work in partnership with the EMEA Business Development and Marketing team and who will be a driving force for BRIDGE’s growth. You will have the opportunity to grow and manage the UK’s lead engagement activity for a growing business. You will assist us in unlocking new leads through our network of existing clients and beyond. You will be responsible for finding and nurturing new prospects and developing opportunities to interact meaningfully with leads, whether this be networking at events, hosting events or sharing great content (to name a few). You goal will be to grow our pipeline of high quality leads.
Working in an entrepreneurial environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn and play a major role in helping to grow the business. You’ll be given the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the table and you’ll be encouraged to test and iterate.
You will be directly responsible for growing the team’s lead generation pipeline, pro-actively generating high quality leads by identifying, approaching, qualifying and nurturing them. Your challenge is to unearth great sales opportunities and partner with our client directors to grow BRIDGE’s client base in Europe.

You’ll thrive in an environment where freedom and accountability are encouraged. A focus of yours will be testing new and effective ways to source leads. Many of these experiments will be a first for BRIDGE and you will have a significant role in shaping and implementing new methodologies. With opportunities to collaborate with peers across our regional hubs of North America, Singapore/Australia and Hong Kong.
You are highly proactive, full of perseverance, a quick learner and creative – we are a lean organisation and you’ll need to be able to balance working independently and as part of teams. You will be comfortable testing and implementing new technology that assists in our market activation.
You have the confidence and ability to persuade and influence stakeholders (Client Directors) at BRIDGE, understanding – crucially – that you need to work in partnership with them in order to grow their pipeline of leads. This includes managing the pipeline with them (you have excellent organisational and project management skills) as well as ensuring they are active at the right moment (you are able to galvanise when necessary).
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and keen networker who can competently talk to and engage C-level leads. You are a people-person with a genuine interest in connecting with others and learning about them. You are interested in unearthing their organisation’s current challenges and also understanding what might be of interest to them in order to nurture them further.
